Service Description

This is the 3rd in the series of 'Working with the Ancestors' As our connection to the Ancestral realm deepens we become aware that we are restoring Health to previous generations and to ourselves. In todays' session we will explore the transmission of epigenetic patterns and transgenerational ideas, beliefs and traumas down through history. We come to understand that whilst these patterns may once have been important survival strategies, they no longer serve their original purpose and may be limiting us. Much like updating computer coding, we can replace them, thus freeing the flow of love, wisdom, knowledge and insight into our lives. Working in pairs during Break- out sessions, with Guided meditations and shared experience we recognise that our ancestral relationships are on ongoing process, maleable, flexible and ready to be restored to Health. Taught by Mary Bollingbroke and Nicci Parry Video recordings will be available for all participants.
